Burn-in Board:
● What is burn-in-board - a burn-in-board is needed during both NPI (new product introduction) and mass production to detect early failures and ensure the performance and reliability of the device. During burn-in test, it is applied temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure etc. stresses to the board and conduct electrical aging test to the chip to screen out failed chips or evaluate the reliability of the chip. Also known as characterization board.
